Dear Valued Customer,

Re: Damaged container claims / container cleaning charge

Due to the increasing number of occurrences where containers are being returned in a damaged state, or requiring cleaning, we reiterate the following information:

We recommend suppliers at Origin take photographs of empty containers as well as the receivers of containers in Australia once they are empty. Should you feel that the container is in a bad condition please ensure you notify a member of Transtar prior to collection so we can make the shipping lines aware and avoid additional charges.
